We ship all orders within 3 working days. If we are unable to process your order in this time we will contact you via email to make alternative arrangements
Payment
Payment is via Paypal to ensure security. After you have confirmed your order and shipping charges have been added, you will be redirected to the paypal website to make your payment. Once your payment has been verified we will automatically be informed, and your order will be processed. You are able to pay with credit cards without creating a Paypal account. Shipping
Items incure a shipping and handling charge which is calculated by weight, and is added to your order at checkout. Shipping options are as follows:
Within Australia
Choose this option if your delivery is going to an Australian address.
Delivery Method: Australia Post
Delivery Time: 1-5 working days (most often 2 days)
International - Air Mail
Choose this option if your delivery is going to an address outside Australia.
Delivery Method: Australia Post Air Mail Service - does not have a tracking or signature service
Delivery Time: 5-14 working days
International shipping charges are not inclusive of the destination countries duty and custom fees. Please contact us and we can work out a price for you.
There are no returns on items unless faulty. Heart of Gold reserves the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at our discretion.
